The Training & Placement Cell of Thassim Beevi Abdul Kader College for Women is dedicated to providing students with various career advancement avenues and training them with all the required skills that would enable them to excel in the corporate world.
The Cell centrally handles campus placements of graduating and alumni students. It provides complete support to visiting companies at every stage of the placement process — Presentations, Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Online Tests, and Mock Interviews.

Placement Process
Students undergo structured training in aptitude, soft skills, and technical domains. After meeting eligibility criteria, they register for campus drives where companies shortlist, assess, and select candidates through a phased interview process culminating in offer letters.
