HOLIDAYS AND RETURN TO HOSTEL

When holidays are declared, students should leave the hostel with their parents or with others by producing permission letters signed by their parents. They have to return to the hostel strictly by the reporting date.They are not permitted to extend the holidays, failing which they have to pay a fine of Rs. 100/-per day. Phone calls or emails will not be accepted for an extension of leave. No resident shall be absent during the night unless she has obtained prior written permission from the warden. Residents, when they go out, are expected to be back at the hostel by 6 p.m. Every student shall sign and report in person to the Deputy Warden before leaving and again immediately upon their return.
